Have you ever heard of I. Lilias Trotter, Nancy? The reason I ask is that I really enjoy her writings and art work (she was a missionary to Algerian Muslims) and she was connected to Ruskin...very interesting story! :)
Blossom in the Desert is a beautiful sample of her writing and her paintings...otherwise, I'm reading a biography by Patricia St. John on her that is very interesting. :)
How absolutely true. Something we contine to strive for in our home shcools. :)
